DELETING POSTS, SPROUTS AND STUFF

Well, I didn't mean to, but I accidentally deleted my last post.  It was all about sprouts and how proud of myself I was.   Since a picture is worth a thousand words, here is the before, during, and after...

They really did turn out great.  I ate many, then added the rest to some bean soup.  I am still proud of myself, but I have moved on to other things.

At the time, I said I was setting the blog aside for a bit... and hoped you wouldn't miss me too much.  I really do enjoy it.  I am back working, on a temporary basis, processing SBA Payroll Protection Loans for my previous employer.  It is short duration with long hours, which is why the posts will be fewer for a month or two.

So, going back to work after retirement is not something new, I have done that before.  However, with the Corona Virus and sheltering in place, I am able to work from home.  This is good, and new.   I'm using that to qualify this post.  Also, I can't say I have never done it, but working two back to back 60 hour weeks at my age is new, and not something I want to repeat soon.  On a positive, we are helping many small business's stay in business, I get to make a little money, and the bank got to process more of them than they would have without me.  It is a win all the way around.  That said, I am looking forward to re-retiring.
